I had exactly the same idea, ahaha. A girls' night out would be very good for her. She'll need a lot of moral support or she won't be able to assume her true form in public. Approaching her with the idea may be tricky... If we tell her to go on a night out, she'll get scared. I think it would be better to like, offer her to go drink a coffee with friends. Then, see how things go. Think of it as trying to get a friend scared of water to the beach. You first get them to dip their feet in the water, then you take them in further once they've realized they're actually having fun.
