[ With a laugh, she then went to the kitchen to fetch the meal she'd prepared. As usual whenever she prepared something, it was vegetarian... But it was pretty good! She'd made some serious progress of late. ]
The weekly night dessert is what I looked forward the most.
[Continuing with his own joking tone, he then takes a seat at the table while he waits. Ever since Monika moved here, he's been eating more and more vegetarian meals than... None at all actually. Though just like any other meal he ate in his holoavatar, they benefit him none all but making Monika happy whenever he tried them.
So, when the dish is on the table, he doesn't wait to take a bite of Monika's cooking. A pleased hum emits after he swallowed.]
[ The benefit is all in the pleasure derived from eating fine dishes! Monika was very happy to see her cooking had gotten even better. ]
Meat substitutes on this world are amazing. They're a tad more expensive than the real thing, but the taste is virtually indistinguishable. The day we'll have children they'll be treated to the best dishes, ahaha~
